The morning yoga practice is suitable for anyone from complete beginners to those who are already familiar with yoga. In the afternoon, you will have the opportunity to use short pieces of writing, both poetry and prose, as the stimulus for discussion, your own writing or drawing or painting. No special competence in any of these areas is expected!
