Overview

We are very grateful to Ed Duncan who is organising the content of this day. It is planned that the programme will include: Introduction to sports cardiology with an overview of cardiac adaptation to exercise. ECG interpretation in normal vs athlete. How to assess the athlete with:chest pain; palpitations; syncope; breathlessness; AF. Veterans vs young athletes. Exercise prescription in: heart failure; coronary artery disease.
